GRAND FORKS · CHRISTINA LAKE
Rooted in Community,
Committed to You.
Helping families find their home in BC’s Boundary Country.
Hi, I’m Katherine. I help buyers and sellers across Grand Forks, Christina Lake, and the Boundary Country with honest advice, real care, and the kind of local knowledge that only comes from living here.

WHY KATHERINE
I know the Boundary Country. Not as a market. As home.
I moved here in 2021 and never looked back. Since then I’ve coached cross country skiing, served on community boards, and raised three kids in this community.
I also spent two years as a full time Educational Assistant with School District 51 and still work on-call today. I made that shift deliberately, so I could show up fully for my real estate clients while keeping my finger on the pulse of the local school system.
Honest advice. Personal service. Real community knowledge. That’s what you get when you work with me.
COMMUNITIES
Two towns. One Boundary Country.
Twenty minutes apart, with very different personalities. Both home to a real estate market that still makes sense, and a way of life that feels increasingly rare.

A community at the river’s bend
Where the Granby and Kettle Rivers meet, Grand Forks is a welcoming community of about 4,000. Known for affordability, mountain views, and a strong arts scene. People put down roots here and stay.

Life at the lake
Home to the warmest tree-lined lake in Canada, Christina Lake is a year-round community of about 1,500. Surrounded by the Monashee Mountains, the pace of life here reminds you what really matters.
ALSO SERVING
Beyond Grand Forks and Christina Lake, I work with buyers and sellers across the smaller communities of the Boundary Country — Greenwood, Midway, and Rock Creek. Each has its own character and price point.
PROPERTY TYPES
Looking for something specific?
Beyond the towns themselves, the Boundary Country has its own distinct property markets. Each one moves differently, and each one has its own quirks worth knowing about.
Waterfront homes
Lakefront properties on Canada’s warmest tree-lined lake. Year-round homes, seasonal cottages, and rare boat-access cabins.
Cabins & cottages
A-frames, lakeside cottages, and rural retreats from Christina Lake to the Kettle and Granby valleys. The Boundary’s cabin country runs deep.
Hobby farms & acreages
Productive land, equestrian properties, and rural acreages from the Granby Valley to the West Boundary. ALR rules and water rights matter.

She came by on a long weekend to make it right
Katherine exceeded all our expectations. She was always available and when we ran into an issue, she came by personally, on a long weekend, while away with her family, to make it right. That kind of dedication is rare.
