We start with a real conversation about what you are looking for, what matters most, and what your budget looks like. No pressure, no rush. I want to understand what your next chapter looks like before we start looking at properties.

Knowing the market.
Whether you are interested in Grand Forks, Christina Lake, or somewhere in between, I will give you honest, up-to-date information about what is available and what to expect. My goal is to make sure you feel confident and informed, not overwhelmed.

Finding the right property.
I will actively search on your behalf and keep you informed as new listings come up. When something looks like a good fit, we will go see it together and I will give you my honest read on it.

When you find the right home, I will walk you through the offer process clearly so you understand every step. I will explain your options, answer your questions, and make sure you feel good about every decision.
My job is to help you find the home that works best for you, whether that turns out to be this one or the next one.

Navigating inspections and surprises.
Buying a home is rarely straightforward. The joy of finding the one can feel undermined when an inspector uncovers unexpected and unwelcome surprises underneath the pretty paint. It can be a rollercoaster of emotions, and that is completely normal.
When surprises come up, I will bring in the right contractors so you have a clear picture of what the costs and risks actually are. I will equip you with the information you need to decide how you want to proceed: move forward, walk away, or renegotiate. Whatever you decide, I am here to support you.

There until closing.
My job does not end when the offer is accepted. I will support you through inspections, conditions, and everything that follows, right through to closing day.
