BC’s Boundary Country
Communities I serve
Five communities along Highway 3, each with its own personality.
The Boundary Country
The Boundary Country isn’t one place. It’s a string of small communities tucked along Highway 3 between the Kootenays and the Okanagan, each with its own character. Lakeside cottages at Christina Lake. Heritage homes in Greenwood. Acreages in Rock Creek. Riverfront in Midway. A walkable downtown in Grand Forks. I work across all five, and I genuinely love them for different reasons.

FIVE COMMUNITIES
Where do you want to land?
Grand Forks
A welcoming small town where the Granby and Kettle Rivers meet. Full amenities, schools, hospital, vibrant arts scene, and some of the most affordable real estate in southern BC.
Christina Lake
Canada’s warmest tree-lined lake, ringed with cottages and year-round homes. World-class hiking, a true four-season community, and waterfront properties that don’t sit long when they come up.
Greenwood
Canada’s smallest city, with mining-era heritage homes from the early 1900s and a quiet character that runs deep. Surrounded by forest and rural acreages, with prices well below the regional average.
Midway
A village along the Kettle River at Mile Zero of the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Affordable village homes, riverfront properties, and rural acreages with year-round paved access. A genuine small-town pace.
Rock Creek
A rural community at the gateway between the Boundary and the Okanagan. Mostly acreages, riverfront, and back-road properties. For buyers who want space, quiet, and the best of both regions within reach.
PROPERTY TYPES
Looking for something specific?
Beyond the towns themselves, the Boundary has its own distinct property markets. Each one moves differently and has its own quirks worth knowing about.
Waterfront homes
Lakefront properties on Canada’s warmest tree-lined lake. Year-round homes, seasonal cottages, and rare boat-access cabins.
Cabins & cottages
Recreational properties across the Boundary — from rustic A-frames to renovated second homes. Different ownership rules, different financing.
Hobby farms
Productive farmland, equestrian properties, and small-scale acreages around Grand Forks and the Kettle Valley. Room to breathe.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
Let’s figure it out together
Choosing where to land is a big decision. I’m happy to walk through the trade-offs, even if you’re months away from buying. No pressure, no script.
